Um... it's August.
What the heck? I move back to good ol' Cedar City on Saturday. SATURDAY! Where has the time gone? Why haven't I been blogging? Well... here's a quick recap.
Picture this:
- Xochitl, wearing a sheet-toga and a yarn wig, rockin' out to Taylor Swift songs and dancing on a futon with the cutest 7 year old in the world (although, I'm a bit biased).

- Xochitl, wearing shorts and flip flops to an outdoor performance of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. In the mountains. Not my best wardrobe choice, but very fun play.
- Xochitl, listening to an 8 year old explain the difference between all the monster high characters on a trip to see King Tut in Idaho. Long car ride.
-Xochitl, driving 4 hours down to Mt. Carmel as a birthday surprise for her boyfriend.
-Xochitl, hiking all day and laughing and smiling way more than she thought possible while staying in Mt. Carmel with said boyfriend.
- Xochitl, wrestling with an 8 year old boy (I always win!), watching disney channel, and sleeping in blanket and sheet forts.
-Xochitl, spending time with her family and counting down the days until she can return to Cedar.
-Xochitl, writing missionaries and adding doodles for a "personal touch" to each letter.

-Xochitl, not working as much as she should, but enjoying summer as if she was a kid again.
- Xochitl, contemplating the future while trying to live in the present. What else is new?
There's my piece of summer between Spain and School. Now you know :-)
