"We are the boy scouts, as you can plainly see. If I weren't a boy scout, I would surely be: A Farmer! Come on Bessie give, my baby's gotta live. A Plumber! Plunge it! Flush it! Look out below! A  Boxer! Left hook, right hook, knock out- Ka POW! A Steward! Coffee? Tea? Coffee, Tea, or Me? A Toothpick! ... ... A Girl Scout! Ding Dong, Hello Sir, would you like some cookies?"

Hahah this skit has been remembered by every grandkid since the epic performance done by the uncles: Russ, Rich, Shane, Rance, Ray, and Ryatt (aka my dad). In 2007 Ruth and Arn were in charge of the reunion and we went to some property in Idaho. The property was sodded and had a swing set, cool spinny thing, and pavillion (i think?). It was really nice and we had a marvelous time! Some of the fun activities included this wonderous talent show, a slip'n'slide, and tie-dying shirts!

The Slip'n'Slide was really fun! The best part that I remember was when my wonderful Mother went down it on her knees! All the kids were doing it on their butts or bellies, with Gramma at the top controlling the water flow for us (she is so good at supervising!).

We were all sitting there and taking turns, when all of the sudden my fully clothed Mom ran at the slide and slammed down it on her knees! I remember her having some killer bruises after pulling that stunt, but it is daredevil moves like that that make her so memorable to the entire family! Hahah! It was so fun! I don't remember very many adults being as cool as my mom was that day! I think that all of the grandkids love it when the adults come and play with us, I know I do, and I am so blessed to have such a fantastic and kooky family!

Behold: The Spinny thing! This awesome "ride" of sorts was built by the owners of the property, and isn't necessarily safe, but it was really fun to play on! I'm sure that I pushed the limits of some of the younger kids by going 360* with them on it.... I am a bully like that I guess.... but we definitely had a good time with it! The seats had seatbelts to keep everyone in place and the rest of it was welded metal. SO cool! it would be awesome to have one of these at home, or better yet..... at the cabin! OH THAT WOULD BE EPIC!

This family reunion was one of the favorites for me, and I'm sure everyone had an excellent time while here! My family always does the coolest things together and I am so glad that we are so close! It's pretty much amazing!
